Google adsensce open to third party.

This is what google had to anounce on their blog.

Today, we're announcing that Google is accepting third-party advertising tags on the Google content network in North America. This will empower advertisers to work with approved third parties to serve and track display ads, including rich media ads, across the Google content network through AdWords, giving them more options, flexibility and control over their campaigns.

What does mean now you can use Google ads with approved third party ad server. This means more revenue for you. Third party ad severs serve ads from multiple ad networks .  This means if Google does not has enough ads to show then it it will show ads from any other ad network to which you belong. All that you need to allow your third party ad server access to your account. .

Currently these the certified third parties:
  • Advertiser ad servers: DoubleClick (DFA), Mediaplex
  • Rich media agencies: DoubleClick Rich Media, Eyeblaster, EyeWonder, Interpolls, PointRoll, Unicast
