Gmail has a cool feature that lets you watch your mail contact wise. What i mean is you see all the mails received from a particular contact.Say you want to know how many mails you received from say Googlehacks@Gmail.com then you can see it. No need to search or visit settings.
To see mails from a contact.
- Select a contact from left contact box
- If he is not present in your left contact box go to your "Contacts"/address book
- Select the contact
- Now all the mails corresponding to that person is visible below his details
You can only see contacts from a person whose id is stored in your addressbook.This is a easy way to find messages from a contact.
